I want to design animation in after-effects that can be edited in PowerPoint for use in live production, as one (depending on the system in use) can't be editing and rendering during live production, is there any way around this🙏🏾..I need a solution as soon as possible, please

Long and short: No. All you can import into PP are video clips and to some degree animated SVGs.

Thanks for the answer, but are there ways to do something like what I
intend to do, but not with after-effects this time around?

It depends on what the effect is.  I know PowerPoint quite well, if you can post a video clip of the AE animation, I might be able to spot how to do it in PowerPoint.
