As I right click on my clip and select 'track camera' it does what it's meant to do however, when it gets to the final stage and says "resolving camera' after effects begins to slow down then crashes.. i've looked around and there's barely any info on the solution an answer to this, help would be much appreciated as i'd like to get back to motion tracking asap thank!

There's enough info on this. Allow me to recap for you:

  • Your shot is awfully long.

  • Your footage may contain further issues like rolling shutter artifacts, jitter from the drone vibrations, the props being in the image which all contribute to a bad track.

So there you have it. Unless you do something about these things, short of using a different program, the chances of getting a usable track are not that great. start by trying your track on a shorter segemnt and then work your way up.
