Hello Everyone,
I'm not an expert in After Effects and I've only started using it recently as a client has asked me to do a specific effect I can only do in AE. I'm more of a Premiere Pro guy. Anyways to keep it short, as the Subject says, I added text to stick to the ground using the 'Track Camera' feature, although the text does stick to the ground, it doesn't stick entirely. The footage is of a motorcycle moving forward POV, and as the motorcycle moves forwards the text also keeps moving slowly, which isn't allowing the motorcycle to go through the text. As the image shows, its a POV shot, and I want the text to remain still, but it still moves back as I the motorcycle moves forwards.
Thank you so much,
Ahmed

What is the Average Error of the analysis? You'll see this parameter in the Advanced Section of the 3D Camera Tracker's Effect Controls Panel.
You should also be selecting only good, solved points. Not all points displayed after a solve are ideal tracked points for use, throughout the footage or even for a part of the duration of the footage. A good tracked point is one that is continually displayed (doesn't flicker on-off) throughout the tracking duration. You should also select at least three points to create a better, averaged point for use.

Line Roland said, there's about a 90% chance it is nothing more than user error. Most shots require detailed analysis. It is always a very good idea to set an origin and ground plane that matches the ground plane you have in the shot, then add a camera and a solid, then check to make sure that the track is perfect. When you add other layers you have to make sure that the tracking points you pick are on the same surface plane or things will drift. I suggest that you start with the tracking tutorials you can find using the Learn section of the After Effects Home screen (the screen that opens by default when you launch AE). That resource will take you here: Learn AE. The other option is to just delete the camera and 3D layers you added, check Detailed analysis and try again.
