After Effects warning: The following plugins have failed to load. Please reinstall these plugins

I take this warning after installing windows 11 on the computer. I   tried to install After Effect old versions but  same result. I update al l drivers but not cahanging.

My system..

AMD RADEON RX 6600

Ryzen 7 5700x

32 gb ddr4 ram

For two weeks I'm searching  solutions bu there isn't any specifical or clear solution. Photoshop ,Illustrator and Premiere  working clearly

Have you checked that you haven't moved your plugins folder, or renamed it somehow?

As far as I rememberı,didn't change any file location.Installed and open but I will check it just in case

Sorry for your issue.

Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove After Effects and install it again.

Same warning still continue but now click ok After Effect opening and not close.

Can you try running After Effects as administrator (right click After Effects icon and select Run as administrator)? If that doesn't work create a new admin account on your computer and test After Effects in it.
