i recently bought after effects to edit videos and when i go to download it, it constantly has a loading screen that will never load. I have reset my internet and everything and it still wont work. Can someone please help me.

Does your machine meet the technical requirements? Are your video drivers up to date? Do you have any anti-virus or similar software that could potentially be restricting access to certain parts of your system?
