AfterEffects Crash After installing fxconsole

hi i previously had adobe after effects 2022 but i degraded to after effects 2020 and uninstalled Ae 2022 but whenever i install fxconsole plugin my after effects crashes on opening i had this problem before too but that was fixed when i renamed mediacore folder to mediacore-old but now i have both folders : mediacore and mediacore-old so if i use old method my all plugins get removed so what should i do to install fx console now , i need it really bad please help
