Hi,

I am running win 10, latest update.

AE, latest.

Nvidia driver: 441.66

GPU: 2x GTX 980 TI, 1x GTX TITAN X

cpu: 5930k

mobo: MSI 99x

32gb ram

I need to use the VR features of AE.

I tried to hook up the screens to 980ti and titan x as well, at both cases AE sees only the Titan. The Titan sits in the slot 3 on the mobo, the gtx 980s in slot 1 an 2.

When I try to switch on the GPU acceleration, I have no option to do so, I only have this static menu in which I see no 980ti cards.

When I try to do anything VR related, I got this screen:

I am getting really annoyed. On social media Adobe always, super nice and hey guys, but when I need help, blah.

So can someone finally explain which card should work and why my cards are not working or what I need in to use?

Also, despite some claims, there is nothing to change in the raytracer supported cards file, I recommend to him to watch this before makes irrelevant comments.

I tried the above. Strangely the owner of the video has gtx 980 cards. It did not work for me.

You can choose the primary GPU by Nvidia control panel. You make GPU activity icon visible. The link below is how to set it.

It seems it is another 2017v issue. Another one! How about Adobe releases updates only when major things actually work bug-free?

The issue however still present. Sa Adobe can you clarify what card do you support for VR - GPU acceleration?
