Apply comp and timeline panel UI layout to ALL comps

Looking to find a solution that will allow me to pass on to all comps in a project the same layout setup. I often get files from elsewhere and need to update the UI of the COMP panel. For example, this is what is in the AE project file:

but here is how I work:

Sometimes I get files from deigners where they have almost all columns visible!! So having to reorganize the numerous comps to this workingUI layout is tedious. Like in windows explorer, I want to update a comp to my UI layout of choice, then send that layout to all comps in the project file. And same thing would be cool for the COMPOSITION WINDOW, where same settings I have established (FIT TO 100%, AUTO, NO RULERS, (ALL VIEW OPTIONS)) ... get sent to all comps in the project.

Has this been done yet Adobe? Anyone have a script that can manage this? SANTA!!!!!!

Templater for After Effects.  It uses something called "Time Sculpting" and traverses all comps, and nested comps.

Cool plugin but not what I am referring to. I am looking to UI solution, not timeline keyframing.

Check out the Neat Freak script: https://aescripts.com/neat-freak/

I think it should do what you're looking for: setting all UI elements in the entire project to a given layout. Not sure whether it'll do everything you're after but it seems to me it'll do at least some of the work for you.
