Hola, con urgencia busco ayuda a este problema que me pasa al abrir after Effects, me dice que lo reinstalé y he probado de todo, instalar versiones anteriores, dar permisos en la Mac, actualizar el sistema operativo, instalar y desinstalar, etc y un montón de Etcéteras. Agradecería un montón me ayudaran ,

Hey Raul,
I understand how frustrating this must be. Could you try creating a new user account and launching After Effects from that account? Have you already tried granting Full Disk Access to After Effects? Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for those details. I understand you already tried reinstalling the application. Do you have a previous version of AE installed on your system, and did that version launch correctly for you (if so, what version is it)? Or are you able to install the beta version and see if that loads correctly for you? Depending on that, we can take some next steps. My current assumption is that we may need to manually try to fix the AE install since this is an issue I expect is happening due to an install issue of AE and the CEP component.

Hi Jessica,
I didn't have an old version of AE installed - I was just using Adobe Premier this last time (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Now I tried with the Beta version and had the same problem

Just wanted to let you know I am still seeing if we have any experience of this internally with our QE. Normally I would think of this as an install issue - possibly permissions, but wanted to verify if there were other scenarios I was unfamiliar with.

Qué tal si intentas desinstalar con la aplicación Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool para que borre todo rastro de las aplicaciones y luego vuelves a instalar desde cero. Podría estar funcionando.

Could you try @Byron Cortez's suggestion? I still feel this might be an install related issue and this suggestion could resolve that.
Also, is your OS installed as english and ae as english, or is your OS setup as a different language? Just thinking of different things we can test on our end to try to resolve the issue.

Hi, thank you for staying engaged with the issue, I appreciate your concern. I haven't been able to resolve the issue yet. I will follow Byron's advice, but currently, I'm busy with work and don't have time to uninstall the software. I have a break on Wednesday, and I will try then. I will keep you updated on the issue. Hopefully, I can finally solve it.
