Bad format or not readable

MUITO RUIM! Já é a segunda vez que meu after effects simplemente não abre os projetos. É o segundo projeto que eu perco, a questão do auto-save recupera mas recpera o arquivo mais antigo, trabalho em vão. E o pior é não ter nenhum posicionamento da adobe pra resolver o problema. Eu tenho clientes, tenho prazos, e o programa só fala "deu um erro aí".

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Is there a common element that you used in both projects - for example, any effect, feature, or footage? If possible, could you share the projects with us to test?
