Hi,

Whenever I use the "Replace with After Effects Composition" in Premeire, it creates a black frame at the 1st frame of the composition, that was not there before moving to after effects.

How can I prevent this ?

Well, you used time-stretch. Since these things work differently across programs, you inevitably may end up with those blank frames due to how this stuff is calculated and then you get in all kinds of trouble with framerate mismatches and timing issues. That's just not a good workflow. You have to make up your mind and ideally would do such stuff in AE if you plan on adding further fancy in AE, anyway. Your Premiere work should always only be a rough cut or a reference and only be finished once the AE work is done, not the other way around.
