Hi there,
I have a video of a landscape and there is a house and garden present that I need to blur out. Obviously the house is not moving but the camera is so the position of the house changes as the camera pans around. How can I blur this house out and make sure the mask blur stays only on the house while the camera is moving?
I have looked for ways to do this on youtube etc but cannot find a definitive guide.
Many thanks in advance
Chris
Hi Chris,
I just skipped through the video... but it shows the basics of bluring moving object and that's what you are looking for:

I googled "blur moving object after effects" btw and it look less then 30 seconds to find this vid, you lazy little one

If you are not pleased with the result, dig deeper into tracking. The build-in AE tracker is not the best. You may check out Mocha for this.
It would be also helpful to see a screenshot the your scene.
Kind,
Martin
