BUG for after effect 2024

hello team, in my after effect 2024 i have very big issue of the top menu. like the file, layer, effect, animation & composition. & the issue is they are lagging too much they are not opening sometimes while the rest of the software is working fine. i would to get help from the cummonuity team and the company if they have seen this problem before

many things can cause this issue, try the below solution also.

1. Clear Cache
Clearing the disk cache can sometimes resolve performance issues:

Go to Edit (Windows) or After Effects (Mac) > Preferences > Media & Disk Cache.
Click Empty Disk Cache.
2. Check for Plugin Issues
Sometimes third-party plugins can cause performance issues:

Disable or uninstall any recently installed plugins to see if they are causing the problem.
3. Graphics Drivers
Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date:

Update your graphics drivers from the manufacturer’s website (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).
