It is impossible to tell for sure from your screen capture because we can't see the Info Panel, which would tell us if there is a frame rate problem or the graph editor which would tell us if there is a problem with the easing applied to your keyframes. My first guess is that the playback has not been fully cashed so the playback speed changes. This would be visible in the Info Panel and show up as red text where the frame rate is displayed. My second guess is that there is something going on with the easing applied to your keyframes.
