Can i delete the contents inside this Disk Cache folder i found?

After a long search of trying to figure out why my storage space says temporary files are taking up 50 GB, i have found the culprit. I downloaded treesize to pinpoint what is taking up all that space, and there is this After Effects disk cache folder that is 47 GB. 

I wonder why this folder is this big even though i have already clicked all the clear cache options in After Effects. Is it safe to delete all the files inside?

Should be. Anything the Adobe apps put in cache files is typically fair game to remove, and in fact, should be on a routine basis.
