Can't check the frame blending box (after effects)

In my composition, (After effects) when i try to add frame blending the box i usualy check for it is gone. please help. The clip has time remamping on it, im not sure if that matteres, or if i need to check the frame blending box before i click time remaping.

Look in the lower left corner of the After Effects Interface for 3 icons. Try clicking the different options to see if it re appears.
