Can't see Timeline options in new version

PLEASE HELP ME WHY I DONT HAVE THESE OPTIONS? (ae 2022)

Sorry, you need to explain what you mean.  What are you missing?  If you mean you can't see the transform properties on your timeline, use the smalll arrows in the timeline to twirl down parameters.

Those are the Switches and appear in the switches colmn.  It might be you have the Transfer modes visible, in which case at the bottom of that column there is a button for "Toggle Switches / Modes", but if not, right-click on a coloumn header and in the pop-up, select Columns > Switches.
