Cancel subscription before auto renew

Hello,

i have year plan of after effects, on start 2022 is auto renew, i dont want renew this for next year, but when clicked "cancel" (only option) i must paid extra money for cancel in every time, i just want switch to "off" auto-renew and paid this year

i should cancel 1 day before autorenew or what?

This is a users group forum for working with the applications. I would try talking to Adobe directly through Adobe.com or calling them.

It seems inside of your account settings there should be a switch to turn off auto renew.

where the "turn off auto renew"  there no setting that is call "switch to turn off auto renew"

and thats bs because theres no such things as "turn off auto renew." another thing u cant even expect for cancel subscription
