Cannot update to CC 2019

Hey! I have tried to update to After Effects CC 2019, but it just won't work and I don't have a version for it either.

Im on Windows 7!

try to reinstall adobe creative cloud application than try to update.

Ok, and also I have tried to uninstall adobe creative cloud, and reinstall it, unistall after effects completely and re install it but it is still CC 2018. The drive I have it on also has over 500gb so memory cannot be the problem.  Please help if anybody else knows whats going on.

related AE system requirement you run widows 7 and the new CC2019 required windows 10 so i think we found the reason, it's time to update After Effects System Requirements
