Cannot use extensions in After Effects cc2017

New Here ,

I wanna export my files to JSON and I tried two extensions (LottieFiles and BodyMovin), but neither of them did not workd. I installed them succesfully but when I oppened them nothing happened:

I reinstalled the extensions multiple times but still not working.

Any idea how can I solve it?
