Change After Effects scene template to portrait

I have a template in after effects that I am trying to update. I've been able to rotate the template and individual scenes to portrait however when I run through the show, only the first image shows as portrait and all the others appear to be square. How do I update this to show as portrait through the whole thing? See image below. Scene(1) Placeholder02 is set to portrait (1080x1920) however as you can see to the right, the whole image is not visable. Thanks!

Your composition may be vertical, but the content inside is not. You need to go into each composition and reformat the content to fit the desired aspect ratio. Since you're reformatting the entire template, you might be better off fixing one composition and then duplicating it again in the Project panel vs updating several placeholder compositions.
