Change in Font Size

I follow this YouTube method to get a big font size. But it seems certain fonts do not change. How to fix it?

The ability to change the UI font size has been a feature request ever since we could buy high-resolution displays. You do not have control over the detail font size used for things like Layer//Transform properties. If I run AE on my 40" 4K monitor, I can't read anything unless I move up to about 16 inches from the screen. I have to reduce the screen resolution of the 4K monitor to HD before I can sit a comfortable distance from the monitor and use AE. 

Hopefully, the problem will be resolved someday soon.

Adobe's failure to provide end users the ability to resize UI text size means they are actually out of conformance with WCAG 2.0 Accessibility Guidelines #1.4.4:

An end user (or group thereof) COULD bring this up in a litigious manner and MAKE them conform. There are plenty of cases being brought against large corporations' websites and applications that subject their users to an undue accessibility burden.  We are PAYING customers.
This is like a restaurant not providing a wheelchair ramp outside.

I just wanted to bring this back up again Adobe Needs to FIX THE TEXT SIZE ISSUE. Changing WINDOWS DEFAULTS is NOT A SOLUTION. Adobe, update this in the next release. I am a fairly young man and still can't read the damn text in Adobe Auditon Metapanel Display it is just too small.
