CINEMA 4D FROM AFTER EFFECTS

I cant open cinema 4D from After Effects. i dont know whats happen.

When i try create new file the cinema 4D from After Effects,  nothing happens.

but i can open Cinema 4D with out after effects.

and when i try to import a cinema 4D file in to after effects, nothing happens...

Can you help me?

To get C4D lite to open up you have to export a C4D file inside AE using at least an AE camera and 1 3D layer. You then have to import that file and drag it from the Project Panel to the timeline of a composition. You can then use the Cineware Plug-in from the Control Panel to open C4D Lite. If nothing appears in the app then you have to use the File menu to open the saved C4D file, make your adjustments, then save and return to AE. 

If none of that works we need workflow, OS, system, and AE version details. Something is wrong with your installation, your workflow, or your system.
