Color errors - how to fix them?

I've set the color of my background to #00739F.

After creating my animation, I added to Render Queue with "Best Settings" and "Lossless" as settings.

Once I opened the video file, the blue color of the background is now #0085AD according to the Apple Digital Color Meter.

Is there a way (since the export is "Lossless") to make sure the colors stay the same after exporting?

Try the project without color management.

Can you explain the steps? I had no idea there was a color management option in AE - even after using it for years. Thanks
