Hi,

I know it's probably ideal to have all your Adobe products of the same release/year is there likely to be a compatibility issue between CC2014 Premiere pro and CS6 After Effects. Do you guys foresee any issues?

If you want to dynamic link something, this won't work with different versions.

If its just about editing something in PPro and add AE animations - rendered as image sequence or movie file -  there should not be a problem.

Just to add what martinr said - just check if any of your rendered files from AE or PPro are compressed with codec/format that is supported by the other one.
