I have two issues with After Effects version 15.1.2. First of all it crashes when closing the programme and has a memory leak message. This doesn't affect my workflow but still a worrying thing.

Main Issue

Secondly, when I scrub the timeline I get AFX frequently crashing which is a huge issue. The following message appears:

<123145596133376> <DBSync> <5> BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdateQueue::Render_DeserializeFullProject ZANZIBAR-2: old=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, new=937f51e8-9728-4e56-9e99-e4917595d229, new-ts=29693

The program then closes.

What is this error?

My system is not the most powerful to run AFX but the projects are very low intensive.

MacBook Pro 13" 2017

OS Sierra 10.13.6

8Gb RAM

i5 2.3Ghz

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536MB

Thanks!

Steven

Hi Steven,

Sorry for the issue. Are there any third party plugins installed in the machine? If yes, uninstall and see if the issue persists.

Thanks,

Vidya
