Create Realistic Fish Tank Interior

Is there one of more effects in AE that I could put over a stock photo of an aquarium where I can simulate the bubbles and silt and fish crap that you would see floating around in a fish tank? Something like this? And maybe one of those little bubble machines that are in fish tanks?

This was done with a photo I found on the web, and some really low-res footage with a black background, set to Add mode.

Plugins that you should use and check out:
- any of built in particle generators (particle playground, CC Particle World, CC Particle Systems)
- also worth checking: CC Bubbles
- or third party p[lugin called Trapcode Particular - most popular and best there is in generating all and any particle kind in the AE world
