Creating ink splash effect to reveal illustration - Adobe Community - 13435698

Hello!

I've been trying to add ink splash effect on this illustration. However, after I duplicated the ink splash comps and applied them, I only have black rectangles covering the illustration. I wonder what's gone wrong... Can someone help troubleshooting?

You need to set your splashes as a luma matte, not Alpha.
