creating textured clouds

i am intrested in creating clouds like this with fractal noise (the goal is to animate evolution and offset)

i managed to create the clouds with fractal noise but i struggle to achive the colored look, i tried to use tritone but it doesnt really getting this looks

would be glad for some advice

Try different blend modes over gradient backgrounds.
