Is After Effects 11 still suported under CATALINA. ?

No, it is not.  That's the problem mixing old software with new operating systems. 

If you absolutely MUST run CS6, don't use a newer OS.

Originally, CS6 only guarantees official operation up to 10.9.
In the case of macOS 10.15, you can not even start until CC 2018, and the official operation guarantee is only the latest 2020 currently.
macOS is an OS with extremely low compatibility, so applications must be upgraded frequently.
