Defender blocked this file (Afterfx.exe)

Defender security blocked an after effects file (Afterfx.exe) i don't even know what it is.

So shall I just let it be blocked or allow access to this ??

Yeahh... i mean it has already been blocked by Defender security as shown in the screenshot ... its working fine.
but still some saying i should unblock it. i dunno what shall i do, thats why i posted it here for suggestions
