Display problems with AE CC 2018

Community Beginner ,

I'm working on a UHD Display which is pretty usefull if working with 4k material. Problem is, i can not really work with the new AE 2018 because the diffrent values are not readable! It seems Adobe uses a new font so maybe that's a problem...but how can i solve this?

Hi Julianvonschmu,

We're aware of this issue and will fix it in a future update.

Meanwhile, please change the scaling of your OS to 200% or 100% if it's set to 150%.

Thanks,

Rameez

Hello,

Do you use a Mac OSX? If it is so, you check and the try the option of System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced (bottom right) > Format language > (e.g.) English.

When you change the resolution of your monitor (2K or something), is the menu displayed right?

Hey,

i'm using win10. Adjusting the screen resolution is not making any change, also moving the window to another screen is not changing anything. I reinstalled the 2018 version, but the problem remains.

Hi Rameez,

And where do we find that... are we talking about OSX here or do you mean OS in general...

In Win10 you can change the scaling to diffrent settings like 200%/100%/150% but also this doesn't help and doenst fix the issue.
I think for Mac there is no such thing but not sure.

The scaling fixed the problem, although everything is a bit tiny to read. Fortunately, I still have good eyes.
