Good evening, I spent some time looking for a solution, but I did not find anything on the Internet. Please advise! After adding the Bend effect, and any other distortion effect. The anchor point of this effect is not attached to the figure, and when moving the figure, the points remain in place. While the figure can be at the other end of the composition.

The effect is as if it is attached to the center of the composition, not to the figure. Even if I attach it to it.

i think the Bend effects start and end point is associated with points in composition, so if you move the figure,  the shape changes. if you want ot keep the same shape, probably you need to precomp the distorted shape. then you can animate transform.  you could also animate start and end points alog with transform if you don't want to precomp.

Thanks for the answer, it works, but I would like to know what could be the reason for this phenomenon. And how to fix it at the layer level and not the composition level.
