Dynamic Link is not working with After Effects Projects

Although i am using the latest version of Adobe CC 2019 (for all my apps) Adobe refuses to establish an dynamic link between After Effects projects and other apps.

It only doesn't work on my Macbook Pro, while it does work on a windows computer i tested it on

Here are my specs:

Macbook Pro Retina (13-inch Mid 2014)

Processor :2,6 GHz Inntel Core i5

Memory: 8gB 1600 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk Macintosh HD

Graphics Intel Iris 1536 MG

I do use an external hard drive for my cache. Whenever i try to import an AE Composition in premiere it gets stuck on Connecting to Dynamic Link Server .

When i try to export an AE project to media encoder it just doesn't show up in the que at all.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to use dynamic link.

What's the exact version of After Effects, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder that you're using? Here is how you can check that: FAQ: How to find the exact version of After Effects you're using?

Which language is your OS installed in? English or any other language?

If you're using a firewall or a virus/malware protection software, can you try disabling that?

My os is installed in English. I use version 16.01 of AE.
