dynamic type in fractal noise in after effects.

I am not getting dynamic-type of fractal noise I do not know how to get that. I am using the latest version of it.

I don't see any keyframes or expressions in your effect. Without some of those, you will not get any movement. Try adding the expression time * 180 to the Evolution value and see what happens.
