Element 3d no environment or bevels

So I've had Element installed for about 6 months now, but I've never used it. Today I was going to make a 3d text layer using it but there's no bevels or environments available?

Both of the folders in documents are empty. I've reinstalled it multiple times and neither of them change.

When opening Element it comes with this missing texture pop up too.

How do I fix this?

Without any system info we can't really tell you much. Your cropped screenshots are not that useful because you removed the actual file path info. From mundane permissions issues to the files having ended up in a different folder this could be anything. As a start, run the install as an actual administrator, not a regular user.
