Element 3D v2 no muestra la animación después de renderizar

Hola!  necesito ayuda con este problema. Hice una animación con el plugin element 3d v2 en after fx. y al exportar con el Media encoder en mp4,  no se ve nada de lo que hice.  ¿Por qué sucede esto? Alguien sabe?  GRacias!!

Element relies on your graphics card.  If Element "soft crashes" then it renders without textures so the models appear solid black.  You will need to restart your computer and if it happens again, you might need to look into removing all effects except Element, then render this and then add the other effects back.  Also, check your graphics card drivers are up to date and also try rendering with "Software Only"

Hi! thank you so much for your answer.   I thought it might be the graphics card,  but  i also have After Fx 2024, and it rendered perfectly. So... the version 2023 might have the problem.

That's interesting that it worked fine in 2024.  Maybe that version processes graphics card requests better, or maybe it was a one-off crash.
