Not sure what you are asking. Seems perfectly normal, given that your virtual comp camera appears to have a very short focal length. That would make even tiny rotations appear to jump as in a short time the object covers a lot of the distance across the lens. Start by actually creating a proper camera layer and check the focal diostance and zoom.

it is giving a jump kinda rotation for no reason, i have not keyframes it to do that
