Encoding performance stuck on "Software Only"

I have a big issue with After Effects which greys out the encoding setting in AME : Software Only.

My GPU is a nvidia GTX 1060, it is the only GPU activated in my windows device manager.

After effect uses the CUDA playback engigne in preferences.

BUT in AME, Software Only is greyed out and I CAN'T select Hardware encoding.

Why ?

Note : Nvidia drivers up to date

If you're alluding to hardware accelerated H264 encoding then take note this acceleration is done via a compatible Intel CPU and it's not a GPU-accelerated feature.
