Equalizer

Could someone tell me a good equalizer, so I can remove all frequencies but bass, and how to do that, I want my image to react to the strongest beats of the music, but with the effect twitch (scale, slide). I already tried using ease and linear, but I want the beat to be smoother like twitch.So by removing all the frequencies of the music except bass, I should get the effect I want

AE is not the best tool for audio equalization. You can use Adobe Audition, that has a multiband equalizer to perform the task you are looking for.

If you've got creative Cloud, you've got a good app for that: Audition.

If you don't have CC, check out the freebie Audacity.

No matter what you use, DO NOT make mp3's!  AE does not do well with them.

A Noise Gate is much easier to use than an EQ if you want to remove all sounds below a certain threshold. Here's a good tutorial - https://youtu.be/l3GyJmNmAHA
