Error Code 0xc00d5212 When trying to open .mov from render queue

I have been having trouble with the quality of my videos, so I followed this tutorial. 
After rendering, I try to open the file and am greeted with this error.  

What's a way I can fix this error? If I render from Adobe Media Encoder it looks very low quality. Note that I do need to send these videos to clients for them to be able to post on social media.

The issue is related to the choice of enconding. You choose another codec when you set up the rendering on render que. ProRes is a good one.

I used Apple ProRes 422 HQ, is that not right?
