ERROR LOSING PROJECT FILES IN AFFTER EFFECTS

So i'm using adobe after effects and premier pro v24 but i have this problem. I have a project i am working on in premeire pro which i have no problem with but when i try to replace a clip with after effects composition it opens in affter effects like there is no problem at all and i proceeds with editing this clip in aftereffects  but when i save the project  and even export it direct from aftereffects and close the app,  this project  disappears from both in premeire and aftereffects including the exported video. I started facing this problem my last update . SO does anyone has solution for this that will be helpful. it is soo frustrating Ive been working on the same project for a very long time repeating the same task again and again only to see it disapear.. am about to reap my balls off.

    That is very strange!

    Are you able to reproduce this on a new project? Where your project file and exported file was saved? Was it an external, internal, or shared drive? Please check if you're able to access other files from that location.

      It's very strange i  saved and exported it several time on three disks and five different partitions including desktop each time is the same story. you can imagine  working on one clip  the whole day  6 times. everytime you are like ahaa that's finally done  aftereffects is like not so fast
