error previewing in after effects

hello,

When i play back a preview After effects does not seemed to work as it should earlier. 

I have upgraded my MOBO and re-installed the creative suite, but somehow i can not preview the file correctly.

Also when i check everything in preview GPU i  saw this as well. And i do not think my GPU is supported even though i have the Geforce GTX 1660 and 32gb RAM

After i had a chat conversation with support for 1,5hour, they also do not know the issue and told me that they need to come back to it later. :S

I have waited for 1,5 for nothing. 

And i really need to finish my projects. Is there someone that can help out?

Not really much we can tell you. Yes, your GPU is somehow gone *kaboom* but we honestly can't tell you more than that obvious bit. If you changed the motherboard, start by delving into the BIOS/ EFI and see if the PCI timing and all that good stuff is set correctly and the card is listed properly. Likewise, an excursion to your device manager might be helpful. This isn't necessarily a GPU problem, but could simply be a mobo specific driver not working or power management getting in the way. that notwithstanding of course a look at your NVidia control panel and playing around with settings or installing a different driver may be inevitable.
