I wanted to render the projection in ae to encoder media, a window pops up for me that the design has no composition and turns off what to do

Without any system info we can't tell you much, but the cropped stratus bar has that dangerous "Desktop" in its path, so the first thing to do would be to move your files to a different storage location. you could simply be running out of space or soem security setting prevent creating temporary files, which is a thing on Windows 10. Likewise, check permissions on otehr critical folders such as the system's temp folder and run the programs with sufficient user privileges.
