This Error has no number. I've met it while trying to install Adobe After Effects from the Creative Cloud. Here is the screenshot of the problem. Translation from Russian: impossible to continue. Can you recommend what to do in that case?

first try, resetting the cc app. to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, remove your ae preference file -  http://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/preferences.html
