I need to export a file with the following specifications:
10880 x 120 pixels at 60 fps.
I export it to .MOV no problem, when I export it to MP4 I can't view it on any player.
Can anyone help me? Where am I wrong?
The only format accepted by the customer is MP4.
When working with unusual frame sizes and frame rates with MP4 files, you need to match the exact compression settings and use the same player your client uses. Specific standards are set, and failure to use those settings can result in playback and even encoding failures.
It will also help if your client can supply you with a sample video so you can see if it will play in your media player.
