When working in after effcets on my mac the color is the way I want it to look and i think it looks great but as soon as I try to export it from after effects the color looks washed out and a lighter color as pictured below. Can anyone help me resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for the message. What kind of Mac do you have? May we see your export settings? I hope we can help!

Thanks,

Kevin

Hello, thank you for responding. I have a Macbook Pro 14inch and these are my settings that I'm hopping that you're reffering too.

Hi mf_918,

Is this a media file that you've imported into After Effects, or did you create the checkerboard from scratch inside After Effects? If it's a media file, what's the color space (right-click on the media file in the Project Panel > Interpret Footage > Color tab)? Also, go to File > Project Settings and share a screenshot of the Color tab.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,
Nishu

Hello thanks for responding and I created it from scratch. This is the screenshot of the color tab.

Would you check the color tab of Project Settings in File menu? Color Engine selection would be necessary to change.
