Fill in missing area after stablization

After stabilization there is typically a black border dancing around. The easy solution is to zoom in until this is not visible.

Is it possible to re-create the missing area using previous part of the same footage? Assuming the missing area are static objects.

Well, you could use the Warp Stabilizer instead....

If you have to stabilize, which is completely different than warp stabilizing, it is often a good idea to add a null, parent the null to the stabilized footage, then animate the position and scale of the null as needed to fill in the holes.

If there are portions of the shot from a different time in the shot that you can cut up and line up with the edges you can sometimes fill holes but it is a painstaking manual process.

On some shots, you may be able to pre-compose your motion stabilized footage after you have done the best that you can at filling the empty spaces, then use Content-Aware Fill to try and fill some of the holes. Again, this depends on the footage. And one more time, just to make sure you understand this point, each shot is different so the workflow to Motion Stabilize and fill in the holes for one shot may not work at all for another.
