I am having an issue with the filled area being a different color. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?I followed all the tutorials I could find. The tracking works ok just color is off. Really need help with this, I have a project coming up this weekend that I would use this effect on.

Do you have any color correction. levels, brightness and contrast etc. applied to your footage that you try to CAF? If that is the  case - just remove any of those color corrections from yoiur original footage and appy them onto adjustment Layer above your generated by CAF image sequence - that way it will correct both (original layer and generated sexuence).

Without seeing the modified properties of the layers in your comp or a very detailed explanation of your workflow it is nearly impossible to tell for sure what is going on. I'm with imeilfx, There's a very good chance this is color correction applied to the footage or an adjustment layer. It could also be the type of fill you have chosen. Content aware fill works best if no effects are applied to the original footage and the footage is the only thing in the comp. You can always nest the comp in your main comp to complete a composite.
