Flicker Issue

I am not been able to remove flicker from a footage. I have used deflicker but didnt work. Then i used flicker free which still is not working so is their any way to solve this issue and the reaon i cant use masking or tracking to remove the flicker is that i have to work with nearly 100 footages to work with.
